Welcome to AI STYLING. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website aistyling.eu and any purchases you make through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of aistyling.eu. By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

  • "Products" refers to all goods available for sale on aistyling.eu, including natural and organic beauty products, handcrafted jewellery, leather bags, and home and living items.
  • "Order" refers to a request by the customer to purchase one or more products through the store.

3. Products and Pricing

We take great care to present our products accurately. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. However, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of many of our products — these are a hallmark of artisan quality, not a defect.

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

In the rare event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Order Process

  1. Browsing and selection: Add your chosen items to your shopping cart.
  2. Checkout: Provide your shipping details and select your preferred payment method.
  3. Order confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the details. This email constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding purchase agreement.
  4. Dispatch: Once your order is packed and shipped, you'll receive a second email with tracking information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is a suspected error, fraud, or if the product is no longer available.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of checkout. We accept the following payment methods:

All transactions are processed securely through SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant systems. We never store your full payment details. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all European Union member states. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery taking an estimated 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over €75 qualify for free shipping within the EU.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@aistyling.eu with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You must then return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed beauty or hygiene products that have been opened after delivery
  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly

8. Returns and Refunds

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

9. Warranty and Liability

All products sold through AI STYLING come with a legal warranty of conformity as required by EU consumer protection law. If a product you receive is faulty, does not match its description, or does not function as expected, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Many of our products are handcrafted by European artisans. Minor variations in colour, texture, or dimensions are inherent to the artisan process and are not considered defects.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on aistyling.eu — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product photography, and website design — is the intellectual property of SMS RENT d.o.o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from SMS RENT d.o.o.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence within the European Union.
